I have few books on "how to awake kundalini" but there is a warning that one should not awake kundalini by reading books ,but should refer to teacher/master ,because it's harmful for the physical body, all comments and clarification are welcome on my email.thanks

i think ive awakened my Kundalini. when im on the edge of sllep with my eyes closed i see faces on my eyelids or minds eye and as soon as i realize what im seeing i feel a push in my mind and my legs will jerk. it is sometimes very annnoying. i dont know if this is Kundalini awakening but it trips mme right out. just seeing faces ive never met before and the invouluntary leg jerking when im trying to sleep is pissing me of. i also see symbols. isaw a sun with five rays in a cresent moon.any idea

even Yogananda states the ever-alluring mountains of the east as being just mountains. i live in boulder, CO and they remind so many of Katmandu. to me they are just a reminder of the unmoving essence within, if that could be anymore new-aged. Yogananda did leave his teacher for some time and just met another teacher near the mountains whom told him to go back. The isolation may just cause greater doubt than any true spiritual revelation. ultimately language and mountains are inadequate.

ruzickaw before posted ridiculously stupid comments how about you watch all his videos and then tell me what distinction he makes, o and don't go being proud of yourself because you can see lights, everyone can with a few days practice and clearly that's not what he said!
