I understand what you're saying, but I want to defend the current structure. Since we've got a bit of a nostalgic vibe, not a lot since most of the vibe is defiance but we do have some, when you think nostalgia you think simpler. It may not be true that things used to be more simple, but simple and nostalgia kind of go hand in hand. So, the pop rock nostalgia thing goes well with a simple structure in my opinion. That's why I'd prefer to keep it the way it is.
