"This isn't opinion." I love it. Fact.I saw the one and only Mr. Perkins at a drum clinic of sorts in Denver...'97 or so? He described the evolution of the beat: an object, obviously falling down a mountain...an egg...uneven but rhythmic and repetitive (my recollection). Not many like these guys, eh?So f'ing good.
