Mencia has his moments. I do feel like he might have taken a few jokes. Though I also feel he writes some things of his own. That's the thing, these joke thief videos are true in some ways, I do feel that a few jokes are probably taken from other comic's and Remixed into another comedian's style. Does Mencia steal ALL his jokes? I doubt it. Did he steal this one? Sure looks like it. Is it a crime? Only if Cosby Sues him.

Hey well i guess it's all a matter of opinion. I think Mencia is an original comic who gets a bad rap because people like Rogan ( who is a washed up game show host and failed comic) have nothing better to do with their time than nit pick apart a skilled comic. Ever notice that Joe Rogan isn't even know for being a comic and more known for trying to ride mencia's coat tail into the limelight. IMHO it's pretty pathetic.
