Steeplechase collision in Osaka
At the IAAF Track & Field World Championships in Osaka, Japan, several runners collide into a barrier during the opening minutes of the men's 3000-meter steeplechase. Gunther Weidlinger of Austria tripped and fell head-first into the barrier and was not able to continue. (WCSN, WCSN.com)

You know what I just noticed. The original crash doesnt lead to the other two guys falls. He doesnt hit them or anything on his way down. Its like there were three seperate falls on that hurdle.
