i've seen workouts like this but faster and 3 times longer. that'll shred your abs!! listen to your body.

This is a great workout. After doing this everyday for about a week (so far) I have found that the exercises are more comfortable and I look better too.

haha same here! but i only do the first few minutes like lying on your back and stuff, i do that 2 times a day, the other stuff i can't -__-plus i do some yoga it's so relaxing!
