Yes. This is just a cardio workout, to get your heart rate going and to burn fat, it won't tone up any body part particularly. Also this is what boxers do to warm up!!

* Since u have to jump alot, your skin will bounce and also your body fat so REMEMBER to wear tight pants and tight shirts, for females SHOULD always wear Sports bra u don't want your breast to be saggy from jumping ,or your tummy getting all those excess skin. We haven't found a way to defy fravity yet :)
