Ok People.When You Get A Gold Skull You Get An AchievementWhen You Get A Silver Skull You Don't Get An Achievement.Thats why you don't usally get achievements for some of them.

you unlock the skulls to do more diffucult things in campaign, so you earn more points for the score game.
