Scrubs really is the best TV show out there. They have such a perfect mix of emotional scenes and of course the all-important humour. The parts are so tailored to the actors (or maybe its the other way around). This really brought a tear to my eye.

This is my favourite episode by far. In a sombre way. As the drum beat picks up, and the dying patients fade away (and the scene where Dr. Cox loses his friend) brings a tear EVERY TIME. Rare for a sitcom.McGinley is fantastic. Zach Braff is, well, Zach Braff. Without the unexpected and somewhat ironic emotive part by Dr. Cox, it wouldn't be the same. Bravo.

Could you believe this show? One episode they just make the most emotional scene ever put on screen, heartbreaking. The next episode the Janitor invents the knife-wrench! Incredible, this gotta be the greatest show ever!
