The other two attributes are not as important in comparison, as long as they are maxed out with the remaining points you have available.On top of the above mentioned runes (earth, scythe, and mysticism), it is a good idea to add the best vigor rune that you can afford. While not necessary, an attunement rune is a useful addition as well. I personally use Windwalker's as a matter of precedent, but blessed insignias are more than adequate, and in fact this build can be run with any insignias, or none at all.For weaponry, there are really two requirements. First is "of enchanting". While not completely needed, it makes taking down ancient skale much more easily accomplished because the downtime between casts is too small for them to get off a grenth's balance. If you do not have access to a scythe of enchanting, simply use VoS and run past the Ancient Skale. Secondly is zealous. Again it is not completely needed, but a zealous mod allows continuous usage of attack skills for the entire duration of a fight when attacking two or three foes at once.As far as the inscription goes, it can be anything (I use +15% while enchanted), but it really is not important. The only thing I would not suggest is +15% -10 armor.
