How is it fake? Have you ever had a phone in your life? Those idiots call ALL THE DAMN TIME. And you're telling me a guy can't put a tape recorder on and just roll with it the joke? May be hard to believe but there is a thing called improvisation and this guy Tom is amazing at all. Hell, my brother has done this before - anybody can do it. Plus, Tom's voice is a legit policeman sounding voice.
