Wasn't ingenious that they depicted the primary antagonists as agents? The whole FBI steretype was clear and obvious in the Matrix, the whole suit and tie and sunglass deal with the ear piece was genius. Somehpw fitting to portray machines as agents, the bad guys, a good correlation to connect the two.
