I work in the med field and pushed a dead person in the morgue. The person's arm went up exactly like that one and it freaked me out. It is the rigor mortis effect.

My aunt worked in a morge. She said there were times when people would sit straight up, soon after death because their muscles would relax and contract due to nervs,their eyelids would flutter some would even pass gass and make moaning sounds.
