This may be true if the user is a dumb ass but when I try to get tech support it always ends up the same way. I find out I know more then them hang up and fix the issue myself.Though I can say some people are dumb asses to it goes both ways though. That is why this vid is off some customers are morons and some tech support are morons.Especially if the tech support is from India which most these days now are.
